Bought during the pandemic and hardly used - it still has the protective film on the screen! It is a brilliant machine to be fair and so kind on the joints but sadly now need the space.
The cross trainer has an adjustable stride length so it fits a wide range of user heights and fitness
levels. It has three incline levels to increase the workout intensity and
allow you to target specific muscle groups. It also has an easy-to-use
console with a variety of pre-programmed workouts. Has a bottle holder, a phone holder and the standard fixed or moving grips. Comes with the original owner's manual.
