The jacket is a Montgomery Ward. The year I do not know, best guess 60's.

*Custom stitched “Born To Run” (Roxy) leather Jacket

Jacket Note:

This jacket looks like what Bruce Springsteen wore on the “Born To Run” album cover with Clarence. I do not know what brand Bruce wore, it could be a 50's or early 60's type jacket.
The poster advertisement for the concert in Los Angeles at the Roxy Theatre in October 1975 featured a jacket just like this on the promo poster, with “Born To Run” in white on the back. The jacket was never made. (the words were pasted on the poster, then the posters were printed)
