The speakers are in working condition, the sound is great.
Please, look at the pictures for external condition. One of the speaker  speaker has a small hole probably 
from needle, but this not affect for sound quality., / pic. 5/

Voice coil: ca.3,3 ohms measured so as on the pic /12,13/
Field coil: 1700 ohms and 1750 ohms
The speaker comes with their original output transformers, design to work with tubes EL11,AL4,EL3 and similar
