We give the customer the duration of the guarantee on this item (from the date of purchase) as stated in the item description on the engine and all technical parts. The guarantee applies to the Federal Republic of Germany.

The customer must then send the defective device to the address below, free of charge, using this shipping label with the original proof of purchase. If the defect is within the scope of the warranty, the customer will receive a repaired or equivalent replacement device.

We will bear the return shipping costs to the customer.
