Consular stamps with handstamped letters are hard to find.
Here you can bid on three very rare stamp to 5 and 50 Centavos with black overprint CA for Canada.
It is of an old collection. I didn’t need it for my collection -> is not my theme.
Condition is destroyed.
I offer such stamps in normal situation not, but CA is so very hard to find. Possibly there is a collector to fill holes.
