Royal Ulster Constabulary 5ft by 3ft polyester flag with 2 eyelets.    This flag is very good quailty with the same good colour on both sides.   The artwork is top class as you can see. The writing at the bottom is part of a speech HM The Queen made in 2000 when awarding the RUC the George Cross.

 I post 1st class same day or next day after sale, I always keep postal receipt in case anything goes wrong with postage.
