Beautiful classic pair of vintage archived William Morris Honey Suckle curtains in the dark green and pink colour way.

These curtains will cover a maximum window width of 2.4 metres in width with an extra long 8.9FT to the floor.

The fabric is made by classically renowned and cherished country fabric design house and British textile designer associated with the arts and crafts movement and now uber trendy on instagram high end interior fabric designer.

William Morris - Honeysuckle

Green and pink colour way.

This fabric retails at £108 per metre. It is very beautiful.

Honeysuckle designed by May Morris in 1883 is a realistic arrangement of rambling flowers and entwining leaves. Honeysuckle can be seen here in the Cream/Wine colour-way I believe.

Overall offered in lovely clean vintage aged condition. The edges are gently faded from sun exposure and age etc. The linings are marked from foxing in the form of discoloured freckles from age and sun exposure. Doesn’t affect use in any way and can’t be seen from the front but wanted to point out to avoid any disappointment. Please see all photos.

They are beautiful vintage pre-loved condition. The face fabric is still vibrant in colour and very eye-catching and elegant. The inside linings are faded and discoloured. They have a double wool blanket thermal beige interlining.

Heavy and perfect for keeping the warm in and the cold out. Classic and versatile in colour palette and understated in styling.

They have a fixed triple French pleated custom made heading with the hooks placed in to the back of each heading so they’re ready to hang immediately. This heading is fixed and therefore cannot be adjusted. The pleats have been hand sewn in to the fabric and are designed to stack back neatly and discreetly so they don’t take up too much space and light at the window.

This style of pleat is high end and regarded as one of the most beautiful pleat design. The width is fixed so cannot be adjusted.

This style of heading is preferred for a more formal luxurious finish.

This heading is suitable for both pole and track systems and the little curtain hooks are already in place so they're ready to hang immediately.

Condition:

These curtains are in VINTAGE USED CONDITION. There are marks dotted around in places.
