Lot Of Vintage Pins Medals Masonic Lions Club Eastern Star & More

Pre owned and will have minor signs of wear, rhinestones missing  from Lions Club pin, Eastern Star has rhinestones that are discolored/dark. Some flaws on the medals. I took pictures of all the flaws. Please review pictures.
