slightly dirty in places but I haven't attempted to clean. Does not have belt but probably could easily find something that would work if you choose to wear it with a belt. There is also a few stitches on a side of the pocket that are missing as seen in the closeup photo.
The size tag says 10 but that would not be the same as a 10 of today so please look closely at measurements
