You can easily measure your head circumference!
To do this, measure about 1 cm above your eyebrows, at the widest point (above the ears) to find the right size and therefore the total circumference of your head. Make sure that your helmet fits snugly and cannot easily be moved back and forth once closed. If it wobbles a little, a balaclava under the helmet can help. If the helmet is too tight you will get a headache. Then driving isn't fun either. But remember, not every head is the same.
