The ARX-01 from Roland is a drum expansion board designed for the Fantom-G workstations, and fits in an ARX expansion slot. The ARX board uses Roland's SuperNATURAL sound technology to provide organic, emotional expression. The voice engine lets you completely control the elements of each drum, including details such as shell depth and muffling.
In addition to element control, the expansion board also has a built-in compressor/EQ, reverb, multi-effects, and an onboard mixer that allows you to adjust volume and pan position.
