SHIPPING POLICY:

We Ship from Joyner, Queensland, Australia.

If you would like extra peace of mind please request tracked post (parcel post) or signature on delivery (an additional fee may apply).

We use Australia post as our shipping partner.

We carefully check and pack each order prior to shipping. However, mistakes can happen.

If your package appears not be be sent out after a week, please contact us so we can see if Auspost has made an error.

If you would like tracking on our untracked ($4) postage option, please select it during the checkout process or request it prior to purchase.

In the unlikely event your order is lost or misdelivered please contact Australia Post immediately. You will need your tracking number. We can not be held responsible for items lost or damaged by Australia Post (all tracked items have claimable insurance, claims are made through Auspost).

International Shipping is available upon request however there may be delays and restrictions due to the current environment. Please message us with your address for a price if interested.
