A  VERY UNUSUAL CDV

THIS EARLY  CDV IS  AN INTERESTING PUZZLE

WHO IS THE DIMINUTIVE LADY IN A VERY  OLD MAID COSTUME SITTING NEXT TO THE STRAPPING YOUNG MAN IN THREE PIECE SUIT  WITH STRIPE  CRAVAT  TIE AND BUTTONHOLE .

ON THE REVERSE IN FAINT ! PENCIL  IT SAYS

"Annie Pople from her constant leasa?  WM "

We cannot discern  what the end  word is  certainly  L then four more  letters -  so Lxxxx  - can you suggest the word  ?

SO  PERHAPS THE LADY ON THE FRONT IS ANNIE POPLE

I WOULD SAY THIS CDV  IS AROUND  1860-70 ...

Perhaps Ann Pople b. 1805, East Brent, Somerset   but could be someone else

What an interesting  image  ..

After an inspection by the press, Do-X has now been opened for inspection by the public.
U.B.E. Captain Christiansen, known as "Krischan" for short, helps a young lady when she wants to take the Do-X aircraft home, which is anchored near Berlin.
