The service history of this watch is unknown to me unless I state otherwise.  Therefore you should expect to service this watch if you are a responsible collector. 

 Often times these watches have been forgotten in a a cabinet or jewelry box fo many years.

It doesn't take very long for old gummy oil to stop a movement from running ( many times just a week or so ) or even worse if the oil is dried out it might not take too long for the watch to grind itself up inside.  

This is not specific to this particular watch, but to all that have not been serviced in the last few years. 

I can only tell you if the watch is running here.  I am not putting a guarantee on the performance of a watch in regards to timing or longevity.
