I have opened the console to try to repair but was unsuccessful. I resoldered many of the solder joints incase some of them had dried up but as far as i can remember I have not replaced any components.  I purchased another Jaguar and used the power supply and controller with that so you can rule out faults with the power supply. I tried a couple of game cartridges in it as I know the cartridge is needed for the console to power up neither of them worked in this console but did in the working console. Cosmetically it is in pretty good condition with some minimal signs of ageing and wear.  See photos for condition.
