Gorgeous Pedro Refractor! One of his best of the 1990's. No major issues with this one, I peg it at NM-MT. Likely would not grade above an 8 as I see a slight surface issue near the top border if angled just so into the light. Minor but given the value I tend toward full disclosure. No surface scratches as can be common for Refractors of the era - this card has been hoarded for decades by a sweet old collector and is beautiful! Many of the buyers of the Pedro Refractors from this collection have come back with PSA 9's and 10's when grading - you will be hard-pressed to find better!
