  • Patented Temperature Compensation Module (TCM)- valve ensures consistent operation even in extreme weather conditions by compensating for normal gas pressure changes caused by temperature variations. TCM valve remains closed at temperatures above 40°F and prevents expansion of a portion of the compressed gas within the spring. When the temperature drops below 20°F, the TCM valve opens to allow expansion of gas within the tube. This valve makes it possible for the extended force to increase at the TCM valve opening temperature.
  • Self-Cleaning Piston Assembly - automatically opens during each compression cycle to keep orifice clear of fluid contaminants and to provide smoother operation and more reliable performance.
  • Rubber O-Ring Piston Seal - the most effective type of hydraulic seal. Helps prevent fluid leakage around the piston, forcing fluid to pass efficiently through piston valving components, providing controlled lift and consistent performance.
  • Teflon Back-Up Ring - enhances performance through improved oil and gas pressure sealing.
  • Metallic Upper Bushing- manufactured with bearing quality precision to provide exact fit with piston rod and to promote longer operating life.
  • Hardened Chromium Plated Steel Shaft - precision ground and polished for superior corrosion resistance and leak-free sealing.
  • Heavy Gauge Steel Body- electrostatically painted and heat cured to original equipment specification.
