First image is a stock photo. These are a women's size 39 and in EUC. Only imperfection can be seen in last image - this is on the inside of the heel - kind of underneath the foot so not visible when shoes are being worn - in my opinion. Heel height is 2.5”.

According to online size charts, these should fit a US size 8.
