This is a Carino black laptop case.  It has a handle and 3 zippered compartments.  The laptop fits in the middle compartment with an elastic strap to hold it secure.  Each side has a zippered compartment, one with small pockets for pens, and supplies and the other side is for papers, pads. etc.  The overall size is 16" x 12" and the depth is about 2 1/2".

It has a handle on the top and a padded shoulder strap. Lots of padding for your laptop and plenty of compartments to keep your other office essentials organized!
