This unit is NOT complete as it is missing its manual and battery. This unit has been bench tested and it has a bad combo unit with no steering, though the rest of the electronics tested well. Overall this unit is in okay looking used condition with some light marks throughout. This unit is marked NW to signify that it does NOT come with a manufacturer's warranty.
