It zips and buttons in the back and has a large flattering peplum skirt.  It comes with a matching belt and looks great with or without.

It is marked a vintage size 8 and measures 17 1/2" across the bust pit to pit, 13 1/2" across the waist, 20" across the hips and 42" long.

It is in overall excellent vintage condition, to be picky, there are a couple missing stitches around the back button holes, which is minor and you can't see it when buttoned.
