Chagall glass have become very desirable because they are Chagall, and glass breaks. This is why glass art value done by well known artists continues to rise. This is an item that has one of the highest probabilities of going up. We believe it is in the original frame and for some strange reason they used nails to hold it. See pictures for complete details and size. We did not try to clean it, but there is a bit of an adhesive on the backside. We felt it was safer to leave it then to risk damage. Nothing negative bad can be seen from the front. No signature but there is no doubt it's Chagall. We have done our best to find a comparable one on the Internet and failed to find one. This usually is an indication of greater value due to the scarcity of the item. This glass is transparent as shown by my hand on the last picture.
