In fair preowned condition.  Small figure at top of handle is missing.  Moderate overall discoloration.  No cracks or breaks to blade.  Scabbard has moderate surface wear and a few dents.  Manufactured by Pettis in Troy, NY.  Sword measures 36.5" from top of handle to tip of blade.  Blade is 29.5" in length.
