I package my items carefully but sometimes things do get broken. In order to accommodate the USPS requirements to obtain a refund for a broken item I must have photos. Contact me immediately (asap) and take a photo of the outside of the package – especially the damaged portion of the box and photos of the broken item(s)still in the box. Thank you!
