This is a used OEM driver left door master power window switch for a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. It is a direct replacement with the manufacturer part numbers 25932473, 15906880, 15879814, 20922513, 20945129, 20835552AC, and 20922511. The switch controls the power windows and comes without mounting hardware.
