This is a 12-inch Barbie doll manufactured by Mattel in 1999. The doll has blonde hair, blue eyes, and a light complexion. It is part of the See's Candy franchise and comes with various accessories. The doll is suitable for ages 4 and up and is a fashion doll. It is not handmade, personalized, or signed. The barbie is not used but was laying in the storage for a while and the dust got on the item. I wipped it off to the best i could. Please look at the pictures.
