Vintage lot of railroad conductor buttons & pins. Lot includes:

1) 4 New York Central Buttons - 2 large and 2 small brass buttons.

1 large button is made by Scovill MFG Co.

1 large button is made by Waterbury Button Co.

1 small button is made by Waterbury Button Co.

1 small button is marked “Quality Extra”

2) 4 Jersey Central (CNJ) buttons 2 large & 2 small. There are 2 brass (1 large & 1 small) and 2 silver colored (1 large & 1 small).

1 large brass button is marked “Superior Quality”

1 large silver colored button is made by Waterbury Button Co.

1 small brass button is made by Waterbury Button Co.

1 small silver colored button is made by Waterbury Co’s

3) 1 brass large Penn Central Button made by Waterbury Co’s Inc. This button is missing the loop on the back of the button (see photo)

4) Conrail Pin - brass colored

5) “M” Pin - Unknown possibly Metro North or MTA ?

All items are used and show signs of wear & tarnish. The Penn Central button is missing the loop on the back.
