Everything has been rebuilt. Jim from Indian Alley Machine in Vallejo California rebuilt the motor, Heads and Carburetor.  The generator mount was broken when I purchased the lower end, i have included a photo. Harry from Harry's HD Cycle repaired the Generator mount. I put 1000 miles on the motor since it was rebuilt. 

Motor is currently titled and insured in my name.

Not sure why, but at some point someone stamped "115" to the right of the VIN pad
