This is  a Vintage Mend & Sew Clutch Vinyl Red White Striped Kiss Clasp.

Comes with 4 spools of thread and the other sewing items depicted in photos.

Clasp works great. Has a nice snap and holds tight. The hinges are good. No tears in the vinyl.

You could repurpose this if you wanted. Take out the sewing items and put in it whatever you want.
