However, he also achieved extraordinary achievements in brain research and his numerous studies on blood and metabolism. - This is a pamphlet against a new amendment to the law by the North German Reichstag, in which the practice of medicine is seen as a business and the requirement for doctors to obtain a doctorate is abolished. *Copy from the former library of the ophthalmologist Duke Carl Theodor in Bavaria (1839-1909). - Overall in good condition.
