Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage the cover is brittle from age and as a result is flaking and the spine is split most of the way down cover is detached and there is writing on the front and other defects. I would call it around a 1.0 fair out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
