Gently used, no holes or stains.  No size tag, but measures a size 4 - 26x31.

One small distressed spot on the front.  Toward the bottom of the right pant leg is some splattered fading - looks like tiny bleached spots.  Tag is 40x34.  Measures 38x32. Please take note that preowned jeans and pants may have some differing size due to shrinkage or stretching with washing and wear.  Please look at the measurements in the photos to compare to the actual sizing tag.  The best way to ensure a good fit is to compare the measurements in the photos to a favorite pair of your jeans.
