RARE 1986 NES Nintendo Entertainment System 90-Day UNUSED BLANK Warranty Sheet with mail-in offer for Nintendo Entertainment Club membership.  These offer sheets came packed in with early Nintendo NES Deluxe Set and Control Deck console sets in 1986 and 1987, the earlier test market pre-Deluxe sets from 1985 came with a different style warranty sheet.  Nintendo Entertainment Club was from before Nintendo Fun Club and Nintendo Power!

   

The fill-in portion of the fold-out was never removed as intended, with the warranty sheet and mail-in offer instructions, full complete original unused fold-out!  Most of these were either sent in or tossed out, hard to find now.  Some minor typical handling marks, smudges, minor wrinkles as shown.  Looks nearly as good as it came in 1986/87!  Photos of the exact item buyer will receive, nothing else is included.
