E697. Vintage Towle silver frame ornate velvet backing 6.75”x4.75” inside.

Very nice frame in silver plate. I will leave it up to the buyer if you want me to polish it. (Some like the aged look).

There is a little velvet missing in the back (see picture) but doesn’t affect anything.
