This is a used Burndy Patriot PATMD Handheld Battery-Powered Hydraulic Crimper tool. These are normally used by electricians and other contractors to crimp connections/terminals on wires and other materials.

Tool is in well-used condition with scuffs, marks, wear and scratches on it. It's powered by standard Makita Lithium-Ion batteries. I included a battery I had in stock along with a Makita DC18RA charger.  With the battery inserted into the tool, it properly compresses the jaw area when the trigger is pressed and releases when fully-compressed or when the release button (opposite trigger) is pressed. The jaws can be turned 270-degrees making work in different positions easier. Sold in working condition.

The jaws currently have a set of W-BG dies on them.  The jaws also have one rubber protector for one side, the rubber protector for the other side is not included and is not required for operation.

Please note that the battery included is used and sold with no guarantees on life or longevity. Makita makes several batteries that will work with this unit that are larger and have more capacity.
