You are buying EIGHT (8) black felt masks.  There is a grommet in them to hold the elastic.  No tags. Come in a pack of 2. You will receive EIGHT (8) masks total. 4 bags of 2 each. Thicker black felt. Approx 7" across. Could fit children or adults probably.
