ANTIQUE POTLATCH
MERCANTILE CO. IDAHO 1917 CALENDAR PRINT-UNDER-GLASS; BOY & DOG
Going to the highest bidder is this genuine antique color
print-under-glass wall hanging that was once a classic promotional item produced for and distributed by
the legendary POTLATCH MERCANTILE COMPANY, ”jobbers and retailers of General
Merchandise, Potlatch, Idaho.”
Size: 9 3/4 inches tall by 8 inches wide by 1/4 inch thick
This utterly charming antique print (circa 1917) of a young boy and his dog was most likely part of a promotional calendar put out around that era by POTLATCH MERCANTILE COMPANY (1903-1967); once greatly beloved and
long celebrated in Idaho and nationwide for its immense stock,
bargains, and willingness to buy "anything of value."
We’re not antique art print experts but this
delightfully endearing print-under-glass featuring a boy and his dog appears in impeccable condition for being over one hundred years old; no chips, cracks, or damage of any kind and still framed
with its original suspension chain.

About The Folks At Props &
Wardrobe
Over a half-century, we have acquired props, wardrobes,
ephemera and memorabilia from movie studios, production companies, prop houses,
and theatrical institutions as well as storage warehouses estates.
Unfortunately, the cost of storing all this inventory has become excessive and
so we must reduce our extraordinary collection.
Some of our amazing treasures may have a notable celebrity history for
which we will happily provide a Letter of Provenance. We offer an unconditional guarantee of
authenticity for all our listings and offer a full refund for any item that is
not exactly as represented in our description & photographs. We appreciate your trust and good faith in
our unique offerings and pledge your complete satisfaction.
Good Luck & Good Bidding!
