Shipping

Once the cleared payment is received, orders will be shipped within 5 to 6 business days in Faster Shipping.

Shipping Services: Economy Shipping outside US – Normally we ship our products via Registered Airmail Services; they deliver the items within 15-20 working days for US & UK & for the rest of the world it takes 3 to 4 weeks based on the country’s custom clearance process/ policy & delivery address.

Customs Policy: The Buyer needs to pay Clearance/ Customs charges/ Postal Duty Charges (if applicable) as per destination country's customs / Govt. policy.

Note: Import duties, taxes and Custom clearance charges are excluded in the item price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility as per destination customs/ Govt. policy. Prior to bidding or buying, please check with your local customs authority to determine these additional costs. The delivering freight (shipping) company collects these charges when receive / pick up your parcel.

Please ensure that there is someone available to receive the parcel on your delivery address. If there is no one to receive the parcel at the time of delivery; the postal/courier service will leave a note at your home OR, you will have to pick up the parcel from nearest post by yourself by providing the proof of your identity. If the parcel is not picked up after the specified time period, it may be returned back to us as unclaimed.

Payment

Payments are accepted via eBay managed payment services from Payoneer. We also accept payment via PayPal, credit card and other financial services.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days if only the item/s OR pack/s found damaged/ defective. Buyers are requested to go through the listing details carefully before order placement. No Return will be entertained as per Buyer's wish if items / packs are found exactly as listed with no damage/ defect/ issue.

* Refund or Exchange will be made only after we receive the item/ pack intact sealed condition as it was delivered. If the item(s) are mishandled, physically damaged or distorted in any form other than the original factory condition refund/exchange will be cancelled. 

Please note that all faulty/damaged items must be reported to us within 7 days from the date of receipt.
