You are buying this Monsters Inc / Monsters University Happy Birthday banner.  IT IS NOT ASSEMBLED!   You have to put it together.  The curling ribbon is included.  You can make it as long or short as you would like. As well as the letters for HAPPY BIRTHDAY, you get one Sulley & one Mike.  Sulley's arm is a little bent from packaging.

Letters are approx 4.5 x6 inches.
