We ship MONDAYS thru WEDNESDAYs ONLY by Priority Mail or UPS 2 Day or Next day to insure the snails aren't grounded at the post office over the weekend.

Shipping costs are calculated based on costs from Georgia to your location. If needed, a heat pack or cold pack will be included. If weather is prohibitive to snail travel, we will reach to you to make arrangements.

Care upon Arrival:

• When purchasing live snails, you are agreeing to track the package through eBay and acclimate your snails promptly. It can take up to several hours for snails to come out of their shell and start moving around. They've had quite the journey, so give it some time. Snails are dead when they detach from their shells and kind-of hang out there. If they've been dead for some time, there will be a smell.

Acclimation:

Float the cup minus the paper towel, adding in a little tank water every 5-10 minutes for 30 minutes prior to introducing the snails to your tank.
