To save on postage costs, of course, we
collect from you in the course of acquired items and ship them if you give us a
brief message.
Due to new package sizes for international
shipping, the collection of purchased items is only possible to a limited
extent.
If the number of items purchased can´t be packed in one shipment, we will calculate the flat-rate shipping costs for a second shipment. We try to pack as many items together in one shipment as possible. However, if the buyer buys too many items, we unfortunately have to charge additional shipping costs. The customer then receives the goods in different packages.
We always strive to choose the safest and
cheapest shipping option for our customers. Therefore, due to the different
amounts or sizes of the preparations that the customer has accumulated until
the end of their purchase, these additional costs may arise.
If you pay too much shipping when
purchasing several items in combination with a fixed price and auction, we will
of course refund the customer immediately.
We ship the items only after payment.
Please make sure to correctly indicated in
the eBay shipping address. Other adresses please let us know separately.

The measurement just give an impression of the wingsize (is not exactly). If you wish to know the exact wingsize, please ask.
The butterfly is PREPARED on a needle and will be supplied in a transport-box. I will, of course, add all locality-informations, which are supplied to me.

After purchase, you will receive an invoice via eBay.

According to eBay principles, purchased
items should be paid for no later than 4 days after purchase. If no payment has been initiated by the
customer after the deadline, the purchase will be automatically canceled and
aborted due to non-payment. We then reserve the right to exclude the customer
from further possible purchases from our articles.
ALSO WHEN COLLECTING THE ARTICLES, PAYMENT
MUST BE MADE 4 DAYS AFTER THE ARTICLE SOLD AT THE LATEST !!!
COLLECTING ITEMS DOES NOT RELEASE FROM PAYING FOR THE ITEMS PURCHASED.
Shippment:
The successful delivery of the goods no
later than seven business days after receipt of payment.
Due to the fragility of the items we ship
ONLY with Deutsche Post or insured DHL parcel !
We ship in the safe "box-in-box
system".
The costs in Germany remain the same, no matter how many items you bought.
For Germany, the shipmentcosts are 8 US$, no matter how many items are bought.
For international shippment, the shippmentcost are different, concerning how many items you buy. The price, mentioned at the item is ALWAYS the shipmentprice for ONE item!
For EU, the minimum is 15 US$ (small package for max. 1-8 butterflies) or maximum is 21 US$ (unlimited content of butterflies).
For outside EU (USA, Japan etc.) shipment costs varies extremly from 15 US$ up to 58 US$ (concerning destination).
