You are buying this new without tags Yellow Doggy Raincoat.  It is shiny yellow w some reflective stripes, lined w mesh.  No tags. No branding. I don't know how waterproof this is. I also don't see a size so please see measurements in the photos. I am thinking this would be good for a big dog. Maybe a big golden or lab but maybe not a large mastiff.  

Has a cute hood that snaps open when not in use. Also, has a pocket on rear to dispense poop bags!

Material does not stretch but there is velcro.  When velcroed, I measured approx 33" waist 24" neck.  Easy on/off.  Good for dogs that are long and bigger.  too long for an english bulldog.
