You are buying these black plastic boots made for an 11"-12" flat footed probably male doll...Not sure who these boots belong to so I cannot say if they are officially Ken. They do fit the 12" bigger than Ken Hasbro doll tho (see photo) & came off a smaller I don't think this is Ken either doll. They seem to be modern era based on the easy on/off backs of them.
