This is a nice set of super-high, left-homing feet (including Q-foot and needles), buttonholer with 5 templates, feed dog cover plate and screwdriver set.  The case itself is so-so and someone has written what should go where in black sharpie.  The snap-tab to close the case has been pulled off but I will include it in case one would like to attempt repair.  The case has been cleaned thoroughly but to be honest, it has seen better days.
