Is is sold as is, functional but back glass is cracked and front screen occasionally flickers from the bottom half of screen down

Screen is functionally working but does flicker at time, has a small black dot on the screen that is present from where the flicker starts (see pictures)

Phone is functional! (Calls/texts/video/apps)
