Clothes need some snaps and to be cleaned.  Doll's hair is a mess.  

This is due to being in storage for many, many years.

Tutti has poseable arms and legs.  This feature just came out and thats why the doll was bought

Doll was played with and enjoyed until a year or 2 later when Skipper came out and that was the end of Tutti

Realize that doll and clothes may need some TLC

There is a picture of a dress (looks like for school), skirt (colorful) and shirt.  These seem to big for Tutti but they don't fit midge.
