I received this mug as a gift for my birthday back in 2015 and have never used it. It's only been washed with plain water by hand once or twice (any stickers that were originally affixed to the bottom have been removed). Non-smoking household, has been on display on my covered tiki mug shelves out of sunlight and far away from my cat.
No cracks, chips, craquelure, stains, scuffs, or other signs of wear and tear. There are some natural variations in the blue glaze as a result of the manufacturing process.
