You will be receiving a prop card from the TV show 24.  This card was released in 2008 by Artbox.  This is from the Season 5 set and is card #S6P3 in the set.
Card is serial numbered 63/80.

Please note that Artbox produced these cards and Artbox was famous for cards coming out of packs in less than mint condition. 
As such, this card is considered Near Mint.
