For bid is original, hand-drawn color chalk portrait of a fashionable young lady in profile drawn in 1926 by artist Althea Chase. Chase (1870-1959) is a listed Pacific Northwest artist. Drawn on a green sheet of textured artist’s paper. Woman wearing a cloche hat and a high neck, button up blouse. Lovely sketch. Gray cloudy smudge at the top and signed with year at the bottom right.

The sketch is in excellent condition with minor defects.
