Here we have a 1/87 HO scale copy of Microscale 87-1051 Conrail SD70MAC Locomotives (1996+) Decal sheet UNUSED. Decal is mostly white lettering for Conrail locomotives. Sheet includes " Conrail Quality " logos with front end Bow wave and number panels. Other loco info is present, number board decals are included. This one is unopened and complete. This piece is in its original envelope with instruction sheet. The decal sheet is in very good to excellent condition. This one was purchased new by me sometime late or mid 1990s (?). It has been well kept in a smoke-free home. However, this must be sold AS-IS. Sorry, NO RETURNS.
These items come from my personal collection. I really hate to give this up but I have too much stuff in my basement, so this has to go.
These are becoming difficult to find at the hobby shops, train shows (remember those ?) & on-line.

SHIPPING:
The buyer pays all shipping costs, including signature confirmation if applicable. Signature confirmation will be applied automatically on purchases of $100 or more. Insurance is included in the shipping cost on all purchases. Excess postage cost is refunded to the buyer when the item is shipped.
I happily COMBINE SHIPPING on multiple purchases provided you wait for an invoice from me after your last purchase is completed. NOTE that Ebay will send you an automatic invoice, but this WILL NOT HAVE A COMBINED (LOWER) SHIPPING COST!!! If you pay before waiting on the invoice you WILL have to pay full eBay shipping costs. These changes cannot be made once you have submitted payment.
Note that my stated handling time is 5 days after payment is received, however I usually ship within 48 hours of cleared payment. You will receive a notice from Ebay or myself when the item has shipped. I CANNOT hold your items after payment, as Ebay requires shipment within my stated handling time. All items are shipped by USPS with a tracking number unless otherwise offered or requested.
I ship to your address of record with Ebay. Please be sure your shipping address is correct & secure. Incorrect, undeliverable addresses cause delays in receiving your item or possible theft. I'll help where I can but more often than not it's up to you to sort out your bad address or your neighbor stealing your stuff. I cannot be held liable once your
package is scanned as delivered to you, it is not covered by insurance, replacement or refund.
SALES TAX:
Per Ebay policy of Sales tax charged by eBay sellers is based on the buyer's shipping address.
Sorry, I don't set the rates for sales tax or shipping. I pay for these when I shop also. These will be collected and should be considered part of the sales price BEFORE bidding.

I leave feedback when the transaction is complete. I consider the transaction complete when a customer has received the item and is satisfied and leaves positive (+) feedback.
